Overview

SYKES is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop strategies and support activities that identify qualified Leads and Opportunities.  

 

                                   This is a remote opportunity

 

Responsibilities

  • Using marketing automation tools such as Marketo and HubSpot you will meet required performance measurements in terms of prospecting activities through emails, social media posts and engagements and follow-up phone calls.
  • Develop active following through social media strategies and engages through content and interactions on a regular basis with weekly/monthly and quarterly measurement expectations
  • Initiate meetings with qualified leads for the Sales team and work hand in hand to identify next steps as appropriate
  • Be informed of marketing campaigns/initiatives and customize for Demand and Lead Generation strategies
  •  Utilize Salesforce.com to document, track and monitor prospecting activities including but not limited to phone calls, email exchange, RFP/RFI documents, social media posts and engagements, as well as sales Opportunities
  • Grow new leads by converting Digital Marketing traffic including the SYKES.com website and other digital channels
  • You will research and prospect to generate qualified leads and opportunities based on set criteria and achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly quotas

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Experience in lead generation, lead nurturing and appointment setting preferably in a complex B2B sales or BPO environment
  • Use of marketing automation tools such as Marketo and HubSpot.  Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Well-versed in Salesforce.com and able to record and manage day to day prospecting activities, create and develop reports and dashboards. 
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quotas in a high pressure complex sales environment
  •  In-depth knowledge and ability to utilize digital marketing and social media channels to promote marketing campaigns/initiatives and generate interest from target audiences
  •  Excellent presentation and written communication skills as well as advanced internet research experience required

 

 

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Marketing, Communications or Management and three years of Inside Sales, or Demand / Lead Generation experience required; or any equivalent combination of related training/education and experience required. Experience in customer care call center industry and/or target vertical market preferred.
