This position has responsibility for increasing sales revenues by growing the Client base through new business sales to meet the business plan. This position is in our Technology vertical. 


  • Initiates, cultivates, and maintains professional relationships with current customer base, as well as prospective new customers, to include providing assistance in the resolution of complex operating issues and offering value added services to clients.
  • Responsible for growing revenue in current lines of business and adding new business.
  • Responsible for identifying market segments, close strategic alliances, and defining valuable product enhancements.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of short and long term plans and strategies designed to further product and market growth.
  • Aligns revenue growth goals to company goals and strategies.
  • Partners with Marketing, Operations and other Business Development employees to identify potential, new business development opportunities.
  • Involved in the contract negotiation and pricing of new business.
  • Works closely with all operational departments, including IT and Operations, to refine product operational requirements to ensure they are met, and to implement new and valuable product features.
  • Analyzes market intelligence so that market opportunities may be capitalized on as they occur.

  • Exceptional ability to develop relationships throughout complex organizations
  • Strong decision making ability; able to identify and resolve problems in a timely fashion
  • Able to demonstrate creativity in proposing and evaluating new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrates a strong business presence with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • May require up to 75% travel domestically 



  • Bachelor’s degree desired.
  • Three to five years of experience selling similar out sourced services
  • Previous experience with account strategy development with major clients helpful.
